Autobiography

My name is Vito (Hsin-Hua) Liu and I am from Nantou City, Taiwan. I always believe that a person who can speak various languages will have a new soul and have different visions toward the world. Since I was a public server, I was hard- working and got along well with my colleagues, but can also take on solo projects. I have shown this during my time when I worked for the government as a counterfeiting investigator.
While I was an investigator in the Intellectual Property Office, a subordinate unit of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taichung City. What I appreciated most about this program was that it permitted me to learn more about managing my time, but also how to gather information. The best part about this experience was that I and my team found a large quantity of fake luxury goods worth over TWD$1 billion, and this project was reported by many media outlets on October 30, 2014.
After working for about 3 years, I was eager to challenge myself and take on more responsibilities, so I transferred to the Hsinchu Science Park Administration. In the Science Park, I learnt the importance of teamwork and cooperation. However, when I was visiting companies as part of my regular work, which was aimed at solving and reporting problems, I learnt the way how employees manage their companies.
Throughout this time, I also studied at National Open University and graduated with a B.A in Public Administration. This has pushed me to better understand how to lead a group and what I wanted out of life. I developed an interest in organizing and implementing projects, but I lacked the training and experience to do so. Therefore, I chose to enroll in the International Business Administration Program (Portuguese band) at the International Trade Institute, where I acquired a lot of business knowledge including negotiations, accounting, economics, and business planning (NPI) as well as language courses in Portuguese and English.
Now, I have completed my study program in Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), Sao Paulo, Brazil in June 29, 2020, I am looking forward to taking on a position that will permit me to combine my previous education and experience with my business and language skills, especially Portuguese. Therefore, my goal is to become a competent worker who is able to adapt business strategies and marketing skills to identify the market trends in the fast changing environment.
